Return Policy

We want you to love your hair. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.

Condition: returned hair must be new, unopened and unused, in its original packaging with all tags included. We cannot accept hair that has been brushed, combed, cut, coloured, washed or worn.

Return shipping: returns are sent back by post, and the customer pays the return shipping cost. If we sent you the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we cover the return shipping in full. There is no restocking fee.

How to return: before sending anything back, contact us at info@blackboathairs.com or on WhatsApp +91 72009 79998 with your order number. Once we receive and check the hair, we refund the item price to your original payment method.
